Waist
(c&d) |
| Traditional
Kilt (c). This should be taken just below the rib cage and
has to be taken firmly because the kilt will only stay up there if taken firmly enough.
Fashion
Kilt (d). Take this quite firmly, around the actual waist where
trousers usually sit. This measurement will be similar or a little
less than your normal trouser waist. |
| Seat/Hips
(e) |
| Take
this measurement firmly but not tightly, over your trousers.
Care should be taken that the seat measurement is taken over the
widest part of the hips. |
| Kilt
Length (f) |
| Traditional
Kilt. Take length measurement from just below the rib cage (c) down to
the middle of the knee cap.
Fashion Kilt. Take
length measurement from the natural waist (d) down to the middle of
the knee cap.
If you want to
wear the kilt longer or shorter, measure accordingly. Be sure you
advise us of this, otherwise we will query the length. |
