Prices: The prices quoted are those at
the time of website publishing. Due to circumstances beyond our
control prices may have to be altered, up or down, including any
alterations to value added tax or fabric. All prices are shown in
Pounds Sterling.
VAT: Please note prices are inclusive of
Value Added Tax. Overseas orders are VAT free, therefore deduct 17.5%
from the price shown. Orders placed from within the European Union are subject to
VAT unless a reciprocal tax number can be produced.
Faulty
Goods: If for any
reason an item is not acceptable, it may be returned, providing it
is sent back within 14 days and is in new condition. This approval
period does not apply to made to measure goods. These may only be
returned if faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Payment:
Please make all cheques or
monetary orders payable to Tribal Tartans. 50% deposit required on
all made to measure garments.
Shipping:
Postage and packaging are charged at cost and will be advised at
time of order confirmation.
Delivery: Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Made to measure allow 42 days plus delivery.
